Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchange within 4 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request an exchange by contacting our support team with your order details and product photos.


Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.


Exchange Charges

An exchange charge of ₹300 will apply for processing and shipping the replacement product.

If you do not want to pay the ₹300 exchange charge, you may send the parcel back using your own courier service to our return address.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.


Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if the product is returned and verified by our team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it is unused and in proper condition, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders or via bank transfer for COD orders.
