Our Only Exchange Policy
At SILKYARA, we aim to deliver the best quality products to our customers. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligible Return / Exchange Cases
Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted if:

The wrong product was delivered

The product was damaged at the time of delivery
2. Mandatory Conditions
To request a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

Unboxing video is compulsory
(The video must start before opening the parcel) -
The product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must be intact
β οΈ Without an unboxing video or late reporting, the request will not be accepted.
3. No Exchange Cases
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

Customer selects the wrong size, color, or pattern

Product is damaged by the customer after delivery

Return request is made after 3 days of delivery
4. Charges Applicable
Replacement Charges
πΉ βΉ300 per piece
Applicable only for approved replacement requests.
5. Refund Processing Fee
For refunds back to the original payment method, a 5% handling and processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
6. Important Exception
π« If the mistake is from SILKYARA's side, such as:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product delivered
-
Dispatch error
Then the customer will NOT be charged any return, replacement, or handling fees.
All expenses will be fully covered by SILKYARA.
7. How to Report a Wrong / Damaged Product
Customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with the following details:

Unboxing Video
-
Photos showing the issue
